Shipping & Delivery

Due to the perishable nature of our meals, our 1-3 Day Standard Service is only offered on Mondays and Tuesdays of each week.

 

All Standard Service orders for arrival that same week must be received no later than 12 Noon CST on Tuesday. Standard Service orders received after 12 Noon CST on Tuesday will be delayed until the following week.

 

For customers that would like to receive packages earlier than our Standard Service, 2-Day Air and Next-Day Air service is available.

  • · 2-Day Air service is available for orders received by 12 Noon CST Monday thru Wednesday. Orders received after 12 Noon CST on Wednesday will be delivered the following Wednesday.
  • · Next-Day Air service is available for orders received by 12 Noon CST Monday thru Thursday. Orders received after 12 Noon CST on Thursday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship our perishable products during the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

Your satisfaction with our Gourmet Meals is 100% guaranteed. We ship all perishable products properly packaged to arrive in excellent condition within a predetermined transit time. Meals are shipped via Federal Express and are delivered to the recipient's door in a reusable styrofoam cooler that is filled with dry ice so your meals arrive frozen. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please call 1-800-833-4267.

 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Military base A.P.O. Boxes, F.P.O. Boxes, or outside the Continental United States. Please call 1-800-833-4267 for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Because postal and delivery services do not forward with incorrect or incomplete addresses and because our perishable products do not anticipate reshipping, we regret that our guarantee cannot include orders which experience a delay due to incorrect or incomplete addresses furnished by our customers. Due to the large volume of packages we ship, we are unable to confirm delivery of every package. We assume delivery has been made unless contacted by the carrier or the recipient.
